According to the Paper Work I got through “Invent-Tech” the ideas that can’t be screened are : Clothing lines, “New Business Concepts or Promotions”, Miltary Weapons, Lietary Works, Advertising Campaigns or Slogans, and “Services”. With this I wonder if my idea for a new shopping website would be excluded and I wonder if I’m better off taking my idea to somewhere else who might be more willing to view my idea.

Those places expect you to pay them to develop your idea. They don’t provide any money at all. Getting a process patented and to market is a very difficult, time consuming task that takes a lot of money. You should go to the library and read up on inventing and starting a business. Angel investing too.
